"Where the hell are you"

Very very difficult to contact , always an answer machine, never get back to you, been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks by email gave up and phoned surprise surprise another voicemail telling me that person does not work for them anymore and try another number......why not put an automatic reply on email informing you !!! So tried new number............yes you guessed voicemail !!!!.
