I have to say, I am rather shocked to see some people were diappointed with the service at this shop. After looking for a while, I tried a number of different shops in the arcade and they all seemed to have the same rings. There was nothing that stood out to me and really blew me away. My husband and I were amazed by the magnificant display in the shop window of Mr Harold & Son and i was spoilt for choice. Not only was the jewellery superb, the owner Sam and his colleague, a tall dark haired woman, were extremely helpful in informing my husband and I about all the different types of rings. After spending about an hour trying all different rings, they were all beautiful but I finally chose my perfect engagement ring and I can not thank the staff enough for being so kind and helpul. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for 1st class service and beautiful jewellery. .
