"Why no seats?"

A review of Marks & Spencer by Elizabeth McAndrew written on Sunday 4th of November 2012

I like the new store refurbishment so far. However, I do miss the seating in the food hall. It is a good area to get your card back into one's bag rather than struggling with bags and wallet at the same time.

I also think it would be beneficial for M & S because now I am spending that time at the cash register counter and the cashier has to wait till I pick up all my shopping before serving the next customer..
