"Inability to shop online from USA site."

I have been trying to purchase the Watch over me Evil Eye silver links charm. Unfortunately London have disontinued this item although it is still available in the US. However, they do not do Mail Order from UK and Links of London cannot get it for me. I am very disappointed as I wanted it as a 40th birthday present for my daughter. Why can we not shop from US.
