"Late delivery poor fitting"

Was told the latest arrival date for dresses but were a week late. Took 3 members of staff to decide on a dress size (which when came was 2 sizes too big!) Staff were moaning about each others choice of sizes. One member of staff was happy telling us about a previous customers lack of underware and size of her, which i find totally unaceptable. On picking up the dresses i heard other comments about customers after they had just left. The staff need to be a bit more professional.

On the plus side the dresses we got were nice and that is the only reason i ordered from there. Didn't want to give them my money but the girls really liked the dresses so anything to please the bridesmaids..
