I am dealing with AIc but finding it impossible. It's someone I know very well that's having debt probs, so I got a phone call from this mob wanting money - there is money sitting there for them but they are refusing to send me out giro slips, I am now baffled to why they phoned in the 1st place. They don,t do an online direct payment to your debt which I find strange as any other company has and it's great to pay what you can to it when you have the cash, so no payment slips means no payment and the call was recorded by myself cos I see that as refusing to accept payment from us. Crazy world we live in. So if you,s want paid sent out slips or take us to court and yous can baffle the judge. Simples..
