"Are we talking about the same place?!"
A review of Fingertips by Gillian - Thursday 19th of July 2007
I have just read Angela’s review of Fingertips, the place I get my fortnightly fix …… of beautiful nails. I feel like I have just read about a different company not the one I know. I have been a regular satisfied client for approx 5 years, this is no mean feet, and I have been known to be a bit pernickety! Being a creature of habit I book so far in advance to make sure I have the same very talented nail technician, (whom I now class as one of my friends), this is not always possible with holidays and my constant last minute diary changes. So through the years I have experience of other members of staff working on my nails (sometimes tanning, sometimes waxing). Never ever in my five years have I experienced rudeness! Apart from the high standard, it was the welcoming friendly atmosphere that brought me back in the early days. The only point that I can relate to sometimes has to wait a short time before I am taken. This is usually because the appointment before me has ran over time for what ever reason and the technicians make sure the client’s nails are finished to a high standard (no rush jobs), sometimes I am the client who’s appointment has ran over time, so I know how it feels to be on both sides. . I’m sure my 5 years of nail vanity makes me sound high maintenance with money to burn. Vain …… maybe, high maintenance …… not really if you see me on a Saturday morning appointment hung over, money to burn……no I am not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination but the Fingertips experience I feel is worth every penny!
