I recently found that i had defaulted my credit card account and to my surprise i was demanded too pay the full amount, Now as you can imagine i was absaloutely livid and shocked in the way such a large establishment such as RBS handles their matters, However i was then referred to a company called AIC where i spoke too a very pleasant and professional chap who called himself Mr Moore who explained evrything in great detail, Yes i did pay the full balance as that is what is required by law and through terms & conditions and at the end of the day i was happy too as I have never been treated in such a professional manner before. So a message to all who run away from their problems "FACE UP TO YOUR MISTAKES OR THEY WILL BITE YOU IN THE ASS SOMEDAY" I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Mr Moore, Im sure you are an assett to your company.
