"Unacceptable!!!!"

A review of HM Revenue & Customs by Fed up written on Wednesday 4th of April 2012

Have tried for days to speak to someone regarding a refund and have been on hold for anything up to 30 mins still no luck!!!! don't actually believe anyone works there!!! will try again but this time will phone on the pretense that I owe them money and see how quick I get through!!!! not holding my breath though!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!.
