"Delighted customer"

On 4th Jan 2012 I purchased a new fire and fireplace for my new modern flat. The owner of this shop Tom was a delight to deal with, he explained the various types in great detail and once picked came to our new flat to make sure this amazing fireplace could be installed. Nothing was too much bother and after surveying the site he organised a very efficient installer and the finished job was amazing. Everyone that comes into the lounge remarks on how lovely it is. THIS WAS A JOB WELL DONE BY IN MY OPION BY A OWNER THAT TAKES DELIGHT IN MAKING SURE THE RIGHT FIREPLACE IS SELECTED AND INSTALLED TROUBLE FREE TO THE PURCHASER.

Hopefully this appraisal will assist a hardworking shop owner making a honest living and more so a potential customer getting the job done right first time.
