"Friendly and funny."

A review of Royal Mail by Dave Woodlands written on Friday 3rd of February 2012

Many times I've been up to Baird Street to collect missed parcels and never had anything but nice friendly folk to deal with. Getting through on the phone is harder but that's not their fault. If you're in the cue with your card and the guy starts a long enquiry on the phone and the cue gets bigger and bigger ... and the wait gets longer. These guys work hard, and no I'm not a postie! .
