I was very disappointed to read Angela's review of our salon. We have been in business for 9 years and have had thousands of satisfied clients over that time, indeed we have hundreds of fortnightly regulars who have been coming to our salon for the whole 9 years.  
I would encourage ANY client who is unhappy with ANY aspect of our service to speak directly to myself, Fiona Wallace, or our manager Catherine Burnett. We will always do our utmost to put right any customer service issues. We state this on our website - www.fingertipsnailsalon.com and also on our literature. 
 
We strive very hard to give 100% satisfaction at all times and devote many, many hours to staff training in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Unfortunately, sometimes we are let down and can only apologise and try to make amends. 
 
When dealing with the public it is not always possible to stick exactly to appointment times as we depend, like hairdressers, on our clients showing for their appointments on time. However, we do try to accomodate them whenever possible as long as it will not infringe on the next client by too long. 
 
Can I also say that ALL of our clients are treated with respect regardless of their wealth, race, age, colour or size. 
 
I have contacted Angela Ritchie directly in the hope of making up in some way for her disappointment in her experience at our salon. Obviously, the issues she raised, which we were completely unaware of have been addressed with the personnel responsible.
