A review of Miller's The City Art Shop Ltd by JM Brown - Thursday 23rd of November 2006
I have used Millers for many years (appx 40) and although i would not stop using them i would have to say that the idea of an answerind m/c directing you to the relevant dept is not a good one.It almost aiways results in another ans m/c telling you that no one is available! I appreciate that Millers is quite a large store but a knowledgeable person on the other end of the line when you phone would make such a difference.I would love to know how many people simply give up when confronted with yet another ans m/c.I hope my criticism of what is otherwise a good art store does not offend as i simply offer my opinion in a constructive way, regards JM Brown.
