"Poor Service"

Great door and surround fitted by excellent joiners but brass fittings turned out to be plated and rusted very quickly. No response to complaints by phone or email - just completely ignored the problem. If that's how they react to a simple problem I hope nothing major happens. Not recommended because of very poor aftersales service..
