"Give these guys a break"

A review of Allied International Credit by Ex employee AIC written on Monday 14th of November 2011

As a former employee of Allied International Credit, I commend them for the strides they have taken in trying to put a more respectable face on the debt collection industry.

I think anyone who has dealt with Allied in the last year to 18 months will realise that they have become a more customer focused organisation and will now try and help people cope with debts rather than force them to pay what they cannot afford.

It has now got to the stage where I have seen staff losing there jobs for threatening customers.

There has been a lot of focus on this industry and I think that although some of the agents who work for these companies are not of a high moral standard, most of them are and actually want to help people as much as is possible.

So Allied I applaud you for your endeavour in making Debt collection an industry where people are happy to work..
