In Barmulloch we have the privilege of an old style community office, who has only been with us a short while and knows most people by their name, first and last name. He also nods a hello or says it verbally. He checks on people who have reported crime, to see if they feel justice has been done. A lot of officers could learn from him.

His style is to treat everyone as a citizen that deserves respect, until he has reason to do otherwise.

He must love the job and will go far, look out Chief inspector Steven House..
