"Disappointing visit to Costa!"

We have just been shopping to Braehead and stopped for our favourite coffee. we couldn't believe how dirty and smelly the coffee shop had become. The upholstery on the seats was so badly stained we didn't want to sit on them. When asked if we wanted chocolate on our coffee it was almost thrown on.We will not be back until it is improved..
