"Rubbish Service"

This is total crap!!!! can't get to talk to anyone and having a o8 number just sucks!!! Why can't the local shops where you buy the goods just answer the phones and deal with it themselves... I have tried to get through on the o8 no at least 8/10 times... any idea how much that has put on my phone bill!!! A LOT!!! Not a happy customer when I think of how much business and money I generate to your company, I am not happy at all about this and it's time you got your act together and put the customers first otherwise, I might be taking my business elswhere!!!.
