"Customer of 10 years defects"

I have been going to the Glasgow salon for 10 years and in that time have had three main stylists whop I have been very happy with. My sister was also a regular but when her stylist left withour anyone telling my sis she got "Madam One Bob" who chopped 5 inches off my sister's long shoulder length hair to giver a bob she didn't want. When she said it wasn't what she wanted the response was "but it suits you sweetie". I have to say it was beautifully cut but not what she asked for. Following the departure of my stylist I tried someone else who left my hair far too short in the fringe and no shape round the sides. The salon is run down, has problems with sustaining hot water or pressure and I have heard the bitchy comments about other customers when their backs are turned. Vidal Sassoon sold to Regis in 2002. The whole thing is just a front and they trade on name only. Much better competion nearby with the decent stylists leaving and getting jobs with the competitors!
